Refund Policy
This policy explains the refund coverage, request process, and payment handling for VPNYoung subscriptions. Before submitting a request, check your order and first payment date. Refund requests are handled through support tickets in the user panel, and the ticket and order status serve as the record of the process.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, for any reason. The refund window is based on the order record for your first payment. You do not need to prove that the service is faulty or complete technical troubleshooting before applying. If the connection does not meet your expectations, your needs change, or you no longer need the service, you can request a refund within this window.
Monthly subscriptions and data packages have different data rules: monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Data validity and the refund window are separate matters. The fact that a data package never expires does not extend the refund request period.
Renewals, additional orders, or mid-cycle upgrades do not restart the refund window, which is measured from the first payment. For multiple orders, list the orders you want reviewed in your ticket. Support will explain how each one is handled; subsequent orders are not automatically treated as a new first payment.
Usage and Order Review
Connecting normally, importing a subscription, or using some of your data does not by itself disqualify you from a no-questions-asked refund within the window. This policy does not set an unpublished usage-percentage threshold. If usage beyond your plan allowance is recorded, the data statistics and order association should be checked first; that record alone does not automatically cancel refund eligibility.
Requests for orders outside the refund window, orders that have already been refunded, or payments whose ownership cannot be verified do not follow the direct process for first-payment orders within the window. If information is missing, you can provide payment records to avoid delaying the review because an order cannot be matched.
Accounts involving policy violations, unusual payments, or transaction disputes are reviewed separately for service access and refund eligibility. An account restriction is not a substitute for a refund decision. If a specific issue affects the return of funds, support should explain the reason and any additional information needed in the ticket, without adding unpublished refund restrictions.
How to Request a Refund
- Sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket page, and state that you are requesting a refund. Keep the same ticket for any follow-up.
- Provide the order number, plan or data package name, payment time, payment method, and amount paid. If the order status looks incorrect, you can attach proof of successful payment. Providing a reason is optional and is not required for a no-questions-asked refund within the window.
- Check the order and amount listed in the support reply. For duplicate payments, upgrade price differences, or multiple orders, confirm how each one will be handled before proceeding.
Do not include your account password, full subscription link, or sensitive payment details in a ticket. Screenshots should show only the information needed to identify the transaction. There is no need to open another ticket after submitting your request; reply to the original ticket to provide more information or ask for an update.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
Refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible. For Alipay and WeChat Pay orders, the original transaction is checked first, followed by confirmation that the channel supports a refund to the original method. If the transaction cannot be refunded directly, support should explain why in a ticket and confirm a workable option first. The recipient must not be changed without confirmation.
The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on order verification, payment channel processing, and the receiving account. This policy does not promise a standard arrival time. A submitted refund and funds received are different statuses. If the refund has not arrived, check its progress in the original ticket and review the transaction history of the original payment account.
USDT and Special Payment Handling
USDT payments involve on-chain transfers, so the cancellation process for Alipay or WeChat Pay does not apply directly. Include the relevant transaction record with your request. If the refund address and network need to be confirmed, follow the details verified by both parties in the ticket; do not assume the return route before confirmation.
If there are on-chain fees, exchange rate calculations, or differences in recipient information, explain and confirm them before the transfer. No unpublished exchange outcome is promised in advance. If you notice an incorrect address or network, reply to the ticket promptly. Whether an on-chain transaction that has already been sent can be changed depends on its actual status.
