Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNYoung marketing website, user panel, and subscription service. It explains what data this service processes, why it is processed, and what privacy requests users may make. Third-party payment pages are subject to the privacy policies of their respective providers; this policy does not replace those policies.

Account and Order Data

VPNYoung does not require an email address to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Providing an email address is optional, and this service does not make it a condition of account creation. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other personal information in a support ticket, it will be used only to handle that request. Please avoid submitting information unrelated to the issue.

This service processes usernames, account authentication data, subscription status, data usage, order amounts, payment status, and support records to verify logins, provide subscriptions, calculate remaining data, confirm payments, and handle refunds. Data usage is used for billing and quota management and does not include a list of websites visited. Support ticket content is used to investigate issues and follow up on their resolution.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Information

VPNYoung does not record which websites users visit and does not store browsing history, destinations, DNS query history, or communication content. This service does not persistently retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity, nor does it create historical records linking a user's connection times, source addresses, and destination addresses.

While a connection is active, the system temporarily processes routing and session state to transmit data. This state is used only for the current connection and is not retained as browsing history after the connection ends. Cumulative account data usage and subscription quotas are handled separately from connection logs. Website analytics and user-panel order records are also distinct from network activity and are subject to the purposes and retention rules described below.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Website Analytics

The website and user panel may use cookies or local storage to retain login status, language preferences, and essential interface settings. Login credentials identify authenticated accounts and should not be shared with others. Users can clear this data in their browser settings; doing so may require logging in again and may reset language or interface preferences.

The marketing website processes analytics such as page visits, referral pages, browser and device categories, and button clicks to assess usability, identify page issues, and improve navigation. This data is not used to reconstruct browsing activity within the subscription service. When submitting a support ticket, do not include passwords or complete subscription links in ordinary descriptions, or place them in page addresses where analytics systems could receive them.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party providers, which may process payment information under their own policies. VPNYoung receives the transaction identifier, amount, and payment result needed to verify orders, confirm receipt of funds, provide the service, and handle after-sales requests. Users are not asked to provide payment account login credentials in support tickets.

This service does not sell personal data. When data must be shared to complete a payment, maintain the service, or meet applicable legal obligations, sharing is limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose. Requests for data made under applicable law are subject to necessary verification. This service cannot provide browsing content or historical connection records that this policy expressly states are not recorded.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and support records are retained as required for service delivery, financial reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Website analytics are retained only for as long as needed for analysis and troubleshooting. When the purposes for processing have ended and there is no longer a lawful basis for retention, the relevant data will be deleted or anonymized. Data is not kept long-term beyond its intended purpose.

Users can log in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete account-related information through the support ticket portal, specifying the scope of the request. This service will verify account ownership; where information must be retained by law, the reason will be explained. Deleting an account may affect subscription access and after-sales verification, so please resolve any outstanding orders first. Clearing browser storage does not delete a server-side account.

Policy Updates and Privacy Questions

Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the month of the latest update will be changed at the top. Important changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required by law, it will be obtained as required.

For questions about this policy, data use, or deletion requests, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Provide only the information necessary to describe the issue, and redact account credentials and subscription links from screenshots. See the Terms of Service for subscription rules and the Refund Policy for refund arrangements.
